You can choose your preferred room, subject to availability.

All reservations require a deposit of approximately 30% of the total cost.

The exact deposit payable will be confirmed during booking.

Please see the cancellation section, for T&Cs regarding deposit refunds.

NB Reservations are only valid after your deposit has been paid and you have received our booking confirmation.

If booking far in advance, please get in touch the week before your arrival

Payment

We accept payment by either bank transfer or in cash, sorry no cards.

Arrival and departure

To better fit in with your plans or simply to avoid the congested roads on a typical Saturday, you are welcome to start your stay on any day of the week.

There is a surcharge for short stays.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00. Please let us know if these times aren’t convenient and we will try to meet your needs. Please call to let us know, your expected arrival time, if you are going to arrive later than 18:00. Please also tell us if you will require an early departure. NB you will still be charged for your booked time, even when arriving late or leaving early.

Let us know if you are arriving by train, as we are happy to collect you from St Anton station..

Parking

Free parking is available directly by the house, but is limited to one parking place per room.

Smoking

We have a No-Smoking policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Pets

No pets allowed.

Cancellations

Cancellation – something that isn’t nice for either of us, but we understand that the unexpected can happen.  Should you need to cancel, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If you cancel;

More than 40 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Between 40 and 14 days before your arrival date, we will keep the deposit.

Less than 14 days before your arrival date, you will need to pay 70% of the total booking charge.
